Kiwi Chef, Jeremy joined the Minaret Station culinery team at the beginning of 2015 working previously at the luxurious Hapuku Lodge and Treehouses in Kaikoura in New Zealand.  With twenty years experience behind him, including stints chefing in Melbourne and living in Cambodia, Jeremy is unafraid of new techniques and flavours.

With a distinctive fair for eastern flavours and delicate presentation, you'll find Jeremy's accent on the region's high country produce absolutely delicious.
