Alastair Wilson, Executive Chef
NZ trained Executive Chef - Alastair Wilson - joined the Minaret Station culinery team at the end of 2016 working previously at the fine dining restaurant - Clooney in Auckland, and with Air New Zealand as their culinary standards specialist. Alastair also enjoyed a stint as Chef to the NZ Ambassador based in Brussels. Al has a flair with NZ and Pacific rim flavours and delicate presentation, and you willl find his interpretation on the region's high country 'paddock to plate' offerings simply delicious.
Ivan Savae, Head Chef Samoan born Ivan brings with him a delicious slant on fresh ingredients equalling simplistic, but delighful art on a plate food.
