The Southern Alps and Central Otago regions exist as an oasis for distinct seasonal produce. The region's cool winters and hot dry summers provide excellent growing conditions, allowing local suppliers to produce an abundance of deliciously sweet stone fruit and berries, active Manuka and Rata honeys, organic farm fresh eggs, exquisitely soft cheeses and fresh vegetables.

As a working farm, Minaret Station raise a range of farm gate produce, including free ranging premium New Zealand venison, beef and lamb.

Where ever possible, the team incorporates fresh, and locally caught and gathered, food and produce. As fresh as it gets, this food remains true to its flavors with simple yet refined pairings.

Minaret Station will always cater to guests' varying tastes and appetites, as well as to specific dietary requirements.
