The team at Minaret Station curate a variety of exceptional events every year including corporate hosting and incentives, television commercials, board meetings and retreats, product launches, intimate weddings, vehicle unveilings, sports events, production filming, media events, as well as out of this world glamping experiences.
As well as the perfect location, our team can add something special to every occasion. Ideas include flying by helicopter into the heart of Fiordland to gather food, guiding a group of enthusiasts for the ultimate heliskiing or mountain biking adventure, setting up an ice bar in the snow, the ultimate alpine wedding, or enjoying cooking with the chefs at one of New Zealand’s most unique fine dining experiences.
Across our 50,000-acre property, we have a number of phenomenal locations including our award winning Alpine Lodge, the Mountain Kitchen, historic musterers huts, our large event ready wool-shed, as well as numerous private lakeside locations along the shores of Lake Wanaka. Our team provide seamless organisation and personalised service at every step along the way.

The Alpine Board Room

Two nights accommodation, based on twin share for 8 guests.
