Your experience begins with a guided hike down the picturesque valley from the Alpine Lodge, where you’ll be surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and the pristine beauty of the Southern Alps. As you reach the valley floor, a helicopter will whisk you away to the sprawling Minaret Station farm, providing you with a scenic aerial view of the dramatic terrain.
Once on the farm, your guide will lead you through an exclusive tour, sharing insights into the station’s rich agricultural heritage and farming practices.
As part of the tour, enjoy lake fishing on the crystal-clear waters of the property, where tranquility meets adventure. A gourmet lunch is served in a secluded spot, featuring local produce and fresh flavours, prepared by Minaret Station’s talented chefs. The rest of the day offers the opportunity for further exploration of the property, whether by foot or with additional helicopter transfers to access remote areas of the station.
